Dorchester School District Two is seeking proposals from qualified firms to renovate the girls and boys locker rooms at Gregg Middle School. Scope of work includes selective demolition, new interior partition construction, accessibility modifications, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations and mechanical, electrical and plumbing system replacements. PROJECT LOCATION: 500 Greenwave Boulevard, Summerville, SC 29483 Dorchester School District Two, hereafter referred to as "District", is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide construction for the renovation of Gregg Middle School boys and girls locker rooms. The area defined by the scope of work is approximately 3,112 square feet. The renovation of the existing building includes selective demolition, new interior partition construction, accessibility modifications, life safety enhancements, interior finish alterations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system replacements. Existing interior finishes shall be removed and replaced including floor tile, wall tile, ceiling tile, and paint. Existing interior doors shall be removed and replaced.
