Ticaboo Utility Improvement District is requesting proposals for the management of the operations and the administration of the District. The District provides electric power, water, sewer and solid waste services for the townsite of Ticaboo. Ticaboo is located in a very remote location, north of the Bullfrog Marina at Lake Powell. The nearest population center is Hanksville 55 miles to the north. The District serves approximately 50 residences, a 70 room hotel, and several other businesses. The District will consider proposals that involve a contract with a management company as well as an employment contract with a qualified individual. Appropriate local employee housing may be available for rent. Please, upload your response to the application. The District is requesting a proposal for the following services at the direction of the board of trustees: All tasks are described on the attached job description. These tasks can be performed by one person who can be hired by the District at a salary or by a management company, using their resources and more than one employee to perform the services for a fee.
