Request for Qualifications For a Design Criteria Consultant to Assist with a Design-Build Project Atlanta C3 School District The Atlanta C-3 School District seeks the services of an Architectural or Engineering firm to serve as the Design Criteria Consultant as described in RsMO 67.5060 for a building project. The description of services required include but are not limited to; meeting with the school board and district management to develop the project design criteria, prepare, distribute, and receive requests for qualifications , prepare and distribute to short listed teams the request for proposals, coordinate and administer a pre-bid meeting, coordinate and assist in the review of team presentations, assist with the evaluation of team qualifications, assistance with the evaluation of technical and price proposals, the evaluation of construction under a design build contract to determine adherence to the design criteria and other services requested by the District to represent its interest in relation to the project. Those submitting letters and qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria; The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required; 35 points The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; 25 points The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; 10 points The firms proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. 30 points.
