Renovation of a mixed-use development in Falls City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,300-square-foot educational facility.
As of May 6, 2024, a construction team has been selected and construction was slated to begin by May 1, 2024, with completion by the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Falls City School District #57 is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of Falls City High School Gym. The project is located at 111 N. Main St. in Falls City, Oregon, 97344. Falls City School District # 57 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. This project is subject to State of Oregon prevailing wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 and will require bidder to certify compliance with ORS 29C.838 and / or ORS 279C.840. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
