Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the County of Ingham The Contractor, as Principal, shall furnish a Surety Bond in form acceptable to the County of Ingham in an amount at least equal to one-hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount as security for the prompt payment to all persons supplying labor and material in the performance of all work under said contract, and any and all authorized modifications under this contract The Contractor, as Principal, shall furnish a Surety Bond in form acceptable to the County of Ingham in an amount at least equal to one-hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount as security for faithful performance of this contract It is anticipated that all work, including project clean-up, and traffic control removal be completed on or before October 1, 2024. The deadline for submitting final questions is no later than 3:00 P.M. on May 2, 2024. If an addendum is required, it will be issued after this date.
