Shawnee County reserve the right to accept or reject any part of, or all of, any bid or proposal Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of 12,000 gallons of CRS-1H road oil in 2023, per the following minimum specifications. CRS-1H............................................................12,000 gallons The material must conform to the KDOT Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction, Division #1200 (Asphalt Materials), Section #1203 (Emulsified Asphalt), including applicable Special Provisions and Errata. The supplier may be required to furnish a copy of the manufacturer's results on samples tested to Shawnee County for review.
