It is emphasized that while specific quantities may be provied in the Bid Form, those quantities are estimated and will vary. Bids are to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE BID with the date and time of the bid opening and filed with the Winner Finance Officer on or before the specified time.
