Tenders must be sent to the address indicated below and be accompanied, among other things, by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the amount of the tender, including taxes, in a sealed envelope bearing the following mention on the corner lower left: "Tender: acquisition of water meters". The Town of Senneterre does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received, nor to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the bidders. If it is in the interest of the City, the latter may disregard any defect in form or minor defect that the tender may contain.
