For Lawn Care and Landscaping Services for Various Locations in the Lower Mainland This Request for Proposals issued by the BC Housing Management Commission is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of the Lawn Care and Landscaping Services to Various BC Housing Group Homes and Directly Managed (LMDM) Deadline for Questions Monday, February 20, 2023 by 2PM, PST Deadline for Issuing Addenda Wednesday, February 22, 2023 All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the email address: aradu@bchousing.org. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to. BC Housing, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to add and/or remove service locations and/or otherwise alter the services to be provided with written notification to the Successful Proponent(s). Occasionally, BC Housing may require Optional Services for Directly Managed sites (Service Area 4) on an as-requested basis at the rates quoted in the Appendix C - Pricing Form - Optional Service 1 and Optional Service 2 for the respectively municipalities. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period oftwo (2) years with an option in favour of BC Housing to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) options of additional two (2) years.
