**As of April 11, 2023 , this project has been to E & P Electrical Contracting Co., Inc., in the amount of $258,710.00.** Bid Number: PWCN-23-0059 Modifications to replace select, existing HVAC equipment serving the Princess Anne Rec Center. Project primarily includes replacement of; two (2) pool air conditioning systems, one (1) exhaust fan, and supporting equipment. Bid Bond None The City of Virginia Beach Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids/proposals in Whole or in Part and to Wave Any Informalities in the Bid/proposal Process and Reserves the Right to Enter Into Any Contract Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City. The Specifications in This Bid/proposal Are Intended as a Quality Indicator and Guide for Your Bidding/response and Unless Otherwise Stated, the City Will Consider Alternate Bids/proposals of Equal or Better Quality, Which Shall Be Accompanied by Descriptive Literature.
