Please reference the RFP Name on all correspondence. Answers to questions received, if any, will be posted on the internet as an addendum to this bid solicitation on or before February 24, 2023 Surety Bond: Bidder is required to provide a bid surety in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price. Bidder is required to provide a performance and payment bond as outlined in the PRA's Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency Purchasing Rules and Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Purchase (Appendix B of this RFP) in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all insurance documentation as outlined in the attached Purchasing Rules & Regulations and General Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
