Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For reroofing Belle Fourche Middle School, South Park Elementary School Annex Building and North Park Elementary School Storage Building, Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or draft for 5% of the amount of the bid, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of 10% of the amount of the bid, such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the state, payable to the Belle Fourche School District 9-1, which shall be forfeited to the school district in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the bidders for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the opening of the bids. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish contract and performance bonds, and a labor and material payment bonds in the penal amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum. "Shingled Roofing Bid" must appear on the outside of each bid envelope. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and or to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid that is to the advantage of and in the best interest of the Belle Fourche School District.
