Project Description: Project consists of Supply and Installation of decorative fencing for the Stadium and Field Renovation. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. 3300 - Decorative Fence Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 (Five) percent of the bid amount for each bid over $25,000.00. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 (Sixty) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Proposal Forms must be properly completed. No modification, qualification letters or statements will be considered. Such shall be cause for rejection of bid. No bid shall be modified, withdrawn, or cancelled by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days following the time and date designated for receipt of bids and bidder agrees in submitting his bid. Successful bidders shall commence the Work March 15, 2023, and shall complete the Work by September 1, 2023. Work of this bid package to be incorporated into the overall project schedule. Work is subject to liquidated damages at $500.00 per calendar day. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. The bonds shall cover the entire base bid and any accepted alternates.
