The Village of Waunakee (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2023 Pavement Rehabilitation Project The Project includes the following work: Approximately 5000 LF pulverize/milling, grading, and HMA paving of local roads in the Village Other work will consist of curb and gutter spot repairs, water valve repairs and adjustments, installation of chimney seals on sanitary manholes, manhole adjustments, sidewalk repairs and driveway apron replacement. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
