The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. A full exterior window replacement on the East Wing of Arps Hall with new operable aluminum windows -dark finish. Approx. 207 windows. This work will include equipment, demo, abatement of caulking, new window installation, new caulking and joint sealants, new window sills, drywall return patching, new metal panels similar to existing to cover columns, new metal louvers. A new storefront entry with automatic operators and card readers at East Wing - East Elevation. This project will include landscaping repair from any equipment damage This project has the potential to expand to include similar replacement of West Wing exterior windows, a new West Wing - West elevation storefront with automatic operators/card readers and curtain wall replacement at West Wing - West Elevation. The project and construction budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. This request is for the Architect/Engineer (A/E) to provide design and project management to establish construction documents and construction management. This project is advertised with an appropriately developed Program of Requirements (POR), upon award of the Agreement, commence with Design. The selected A/E will be required to sign the standard agreement. No modifications to the requirements in the agreement will be accepted. During the construction period, provide not less than 2 hours (excluding travel time) on-site construction administration services each week, including (1) attendance at progress meetings, (2) a written field report of each site visit, (3) on-site representation comprised of the A/E and its consultant staff involved in the primary design of the project, all having relevant and appropriate types of construction administration experience. The project team (Owner / A/E / Contractor) will be required to utilize e-Builder, the University's Project Management System, for all compatible services required by the University.
