Overhead Door Maintenance at Various Service Areas Tenders are invited to provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, parts and appurtenances, including transportation, to perform maintenance and repair services to industrial manual and electrically operated overhead doors in the Stickney Service Area, Calumet Service Area, and Northside Service Area through December 31, 2025. The estimated cost of the work under this Contract is not to exceed the following: Group A Stickney Service Area Not to Exceed $200,000.00 Group B Calumet Service Area Not to Exceed $135,000.00 Group C Northside Service Area Not to Exceed $150,000.00 TOTAL: $485,000.00 The Contract is divided, for purposes of bidding, into three Groups. Bidders may submit bids for any Group or any combination of Groups as set forth in the Proposal. When bidding on any Group, Bidders must submit bids for all Items in that Group or the bid will be rejected as non-responsive. For any Group not bid, the Bidder shall insert "NO BID" in the appropriate place.
