A timeline for award has not yet been established.**  It is requested, due to City Hall closures, that vendors wishing to view the opening do so via the Zoom meeting information provided. If vendors arrive at City Hall, access to the building is not assured due to MDHHS notices and directives. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to the normal processes. It is important that you read all the information to ensure you submit your bid response to the City in the correct manner. Please ensure all documents are signed. If you are interested in providing a bid, please read the document in its entirety and submit the requested information and proper forms and upload to the portal Electronic submission ONLY will be accepted. Hardcopy, emailed, faxed and late submittals will not be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The bond shall be with a Surety licensed and admitted to do business in the State of Michigan and in a form acceptable to the City of Rochester Hills.
