By the act of submitting its quote, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the County to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the County deems appropriate. Opportunity Description: The County of Stettler No. 6 invites quotes for the supply price per litre and application price for the 2023 Supply and Application of Asphalt Emulsion Dust Suppressant; meeting or exceeding the specifications for the following approved product: DL-10 Special (or approved alternative) Please include your price per litre, and application rates / conditions along with: proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance and Auto Insurance for no less than $2,000,000 WCB Clearance Letter Certificate of Recognition (COR) or Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) issued by the Alberta Construction Safety Association Specifications of proposed product
