Funding for This Project is Provided by the Department of Housing & Urban Development Under the Community Development Block Grant (Cdbg). This is a federally assisted project. Contractors and subcontractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of President's Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 109 of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
