Site work, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The goal of this project is to install new water main piping to upgrade the existing water main system and create a complete loop system. This upgrade is intended to increase water flow and allow for greater fire suppression capabilities throughout the base. The contractor shall restore the site after work is completed to match existing conditions which may include the restoration of landscaping and grasses, asphalt and concrete pavements, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The objective of this project is to install new water main piping to upgrade the existing water mains and create a loop system. This upgrade is intended to increase water flow and allow for greater fire suppression throughout the base. The following is a breakout of the separate areas of work. The contractor shall independently verify all quantities, values and equipment needed prior to construction. The contractor shall restore the site after work is completed to the state it was in prior to the beginning of the project. This may include but is not limited to restoration of turf grass, asphalt and concrete pavements, sidewalks, curbs and gutters *Please see uploaded Amendment 01 documents.
