Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation ("Owner") is requesting proposals ("Proposals") for Elevator & Escalator Maintenance (the "Services") as described in this RFP from qualified parties ("Proponents") at select properties listed in Appendix "A". Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation intends to contract with successful Proponent(s) under this RFP on a per property or per unit basis. Therefore, there may be multiple successful Proponents under this RFP. Further, a Proponent may be the successful Proponent on more than one property or unit. Proponents are requested to submit one Proposal, which addresses all of the properties for which the Proponent is submitting the Proposal.
