**As of March 24, 2023, project was awarded to Midwest Paving, LLC, awarded amount is $4,351,516.23.** Any bid received after the designated time may be returned to the bidder unopened. The bid must include (a) a clear statement of the total purchase price, and (b) a fully executed Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form attached to the Bid Documents. The Bid Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Whitestown Public Work Department Submission of a bid constitutes an offer that may be accepted by the Town and may not be revoked for a period of 60 days from the deadline for submitting quotes. Terms and Conditions of the offer shall be those set forth in the Bid Documents at the quoted price. Should bid of offeror be selected to provide the goods, the Purchase Order with Terms and Conditions will be provided substantially conforming to the Bid Documents.
