For this a new ventilation unit is necessary as well as the repair of the roof of the mechanical room. The project will consist of supplying and installing ventilation equipment on the roof of the mechanical room including all the necessary modifications to the structure, the mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the repair of the roof to accommodate the ventilation unit.
