Renovation of a fire / police facility in Burlington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Village of Rochester is requesting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install a new EPDM rubber roof membrane system over the existing metal roof on the Rochester Fire Station building located at 31020 Academy Road, Rochester, Wisconsin. Time and Place of Opening Bids. The project consists of removing and replacing the existing gutter system with a high back gutter system, installing 2" ISO over the entire roof, and installing a new 60 mil black EPDM rubber roof membrane system, including flashings around all penetrations, over the entire roof of the 9,600 square foot building. The Village of Rochester Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of the contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. Certificate of insurance required.
