Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grafton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Approximately 4262.5 SF 4" Concrete Sidewalk (Remove & Replace) Approximately 785.0 SF 5" Concrete Sidewalk/ Driveway (Remove & Replace) Approximately 9.0 LF 30" Curb & Gutter (remove and Replace) Contractor can begin work on or after May 15, 2023. The contractor shall be given 4 weeks to substantially complete the project, time will begin upon mobilization into the Village. Contract shall be granted an additional week to complete landscape restoration. All work on this contract shall be completed by Sept 22, 2023. Bidders shall file Contractors Qualification Statement prior to bid opening. Contractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with municipal sidewalk removal & replacement projects, or similar experience. References listed must include contracts for similar municipal projects completed. Applicable experience with root removal & similar specifications is also preferred. A certified check, or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of Grafton in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent or more than ten (10%) percent of the bid shall accompany each bid as guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute & file the Contract Performance Bond and Insurance Certificate as required by this contract within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of the Contract by the Village. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding or accept any bid or bids which, in the opinion of the Village, shall serve the Village's best interest. BID WITHDRAWAL: No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time and date set for the opening thereof, without the consent of the Village.
