Renovation of an educational facility in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project no: 19-44-6536, 2019-009.F, 22-44-7622, 22020 OBTAINING ELECTRONIC CONTRACT DOCUMENTS It is the intention of the Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan & Print website for a nonrefundable cost of $50. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13211, phone number 315.437.5111, fax number 315.463.1510 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $50 plus $15.00 for shipping & handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $50 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan and Print Systems. Only complete sets will be issued. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested/preferred but not required. ADDENDA Addenda for this project will be emailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. E-mails will be from "Bid Caster Notification." Large addenda and addenda containing full sized drawings will be issued in hard copy format only and sent via UPS. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate email address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. The "Bid Caster Notification" will be sent to the e-mail address on record. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification of the Contract Documents (RFI's) must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFI's will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
