**As of April 10, 2023 this project has been awarded to DeGroot, Inc. in the amount of $1,905,423.81.** The work on N. Water Street, State Street, Lincoln Court and St. John's Place includes 1,700 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer and laterals, 1,900 L.F. of 12-inch water main including valves, hydrants, both public and private water services, 700 feet of 12-inch storm sewer, manholes and inlets, 1,000 feet of full street reconstruction including curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, and turf restoration. The downtown project includes the development of an 80-stall public parking lot. Additional asphalt paving includes approximately 9,000 S.Y. of second mat asphalt paving for Eastridge Subdivision.
