Site work for a water / sewer project in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary Sewer (Gravity) Construction of a 30 inch PVC sanitary sewer from Century Avenue to north of the Village Drive alignment as shown in the plans. ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE OFFICE OF: Apex Engineering Group, Inc., Mike Berg, PE at 701-323-3950 or by email at Mike.Berg@ApexEngGroup.com . All questions must be received in writing or by email on or before seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Responses to technical questions will be issued by addendum within five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Bid Bond: 5% The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract. The Work under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed by December 30th, 2023 and shall achieve Final Completion by June 30th, 2024.
