**As of April 17, 2023 , this project has been awarded to M.T. Laney Company Inc. in the amount of $613,315.00** Deadline for Questions: February 24, 2023 4:00 p.m. Jstrong@clarkazar.com The successful bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and a letter of intent to issue a Maintenance Bond to the owner in penal sums equal to 100 percent of the amount of the bid. A bid bond, certified check or bank treasurer's check in the amount of five percent of the initial contract price must accompany the bid form, or the same will not be considered. This contract consists of various roadway repairs as well as the milling and overlay ofvarious streets within the Town of Poolesville, Maryland. All streets milled must be repaved within 15 calendar days ofinitial milling operations ofthat street. 1. milling and paving ofthe following streets: mckernon way butler road sumter way koteen way doctor moore court chiswell street westerly ave. (hughes road to fisher ave) oxley farm road (older section) hughes rd, (tom fox to westerly ave) selby court miscellaneous full depth patches
