1) Eliminate or minimize repair and maintenance costs of water systems that are subject to potential mineral scaling, corrosion, dirt accumulations, and fouling. 2) Minimize chemical handling by Plant Personnel. 3) Operate the HVAC systems at peak efficiency through the maintenance of clean heat transfer surfaces. The selected contractor will be responsible and pay for all permits, fees, materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision and associated professional and non-professional services. It is the sole resp onsibilities of the Contractor to field verify existing conditions deemed necessary to satisfactorily perform the work.
