Janesville Courtyard paint and coating A Request for Bid (RFB) is being sought by Blackhawk Technical College ("College"), located in Janesville, Wisconsin, for a painting professional to clean and paint the metal facade siding of the Courtyard and to provide an alternate bid on building Area H- Campus room 1241 to match the Courtyard scheme fascia and trim including minor metal repairs on the north side of the building located at Blackhawk Technical College's Campus at 6004 S County Road G, Janesville Wisconsin 53547. The Courtyard will be renovated beginning in the Spring of 2023 with excavation and earthwork, cast in place concrete, structural steel, metal guard railing systems, plumbing, electrical, and exterior pavement.
