1. Develop and submit at least (2) options for the new water fountain design and exterior finish. Drawings should have at least a top view and side view of the fountain with colors, type of materials, texture of materials, etc. shown. 2. Design should include: low maintenance materials, water feature(s), LED lighting. 3. Existing fountain will be demolished by the City. The size is approximately 24 ft. wide x 9 ft. tall. The pool base will remain. 4. Design calls for replacing all existing granite inlays in ground with granite or some other complimentary material that is low maintenance and provides a quality, aesthetically appealing finish. 5. Time is of the essence for this project. The City hopes to complete this project as soon as possible. Please provide a schedule for construction. The City of Smyrna seeks proposals from qualified firms to design and construct a water fountain located in the Smyrna Market Village.
