The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 32,000 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 41,000 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0") 23,000 TON Bituminous Paving 46,770 S F 3" Bituminous Walk 350 S F Modular Block Retaining Wall 8,500 L F Concrete Curb 7,750 L F Road Striping 35 EACH Rebuild Gate Valve 110 L F Watermain The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Plymouth shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. The City of Plymouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and award the contract in the best interests of the City. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
