Reference number : 1689367 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-23 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to replace the fire alarm panel at Résidence Rosalie-Cadron located at 12260 boulevard Laurentien in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough of Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited to it, the scope of work includes the replacement of the fire alarm panel and the autonomous alarms in all the dwellings. The work will be carried out in a four (4) storey building comprising 133 apartments intended for the elderly. During the works the apartments will be occupied. Works duration According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the end of April 2023, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 24 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Manufacturing times are included in the number of weeks allocated. *Tender has been cancelled. No bids received.
