As of November 16, 2023, project was awarded to Lead Engineering Contractors LLC, awarded amount is $1,963,014.84. The intent of the project is to complete repairs on bridge no. 875103 as presented in the plans and specifications for the bridge repairs and the utilities saddle repairs. The bridge is located at the Town of Bay Harbor Islands, FL. on Kane Concourse over Indian Creek. Work under this Project includes but is not limited to restoring cracked or spalled concrete on the superstructure, such as bridge deck, top and underside, and other components at locations indicated in the Plans or as directed by the Engineer, in complete and strict accordance with the plans, specifications and contract that are part of the bidding documents. A certified check, cashiers check, bank officer's check or bid bond for FIVE percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, shall accompany each offer. The Town of Bay Harbor Islands reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. For all inquiries or questions of a material nature must be received prior to the cut-off date specified in the solicitation.
