Site work for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Portable Building Walkway Canopy Installations kristine.johnston@cfisd.net Question Deadline: 2/15/2023 10:00 AM (CT) Walkway canopies where indicated on drawings issued by CFISD related to portable building campus moves and location plans. Plans are issued per campus as needed for each district relocation request and may differ by location. Necessary flashing where canopy connections to buildings are made, especially above any building entry doors. Place no gutters along portable building faces. Demolition, removal and/or reinstallation of existing canopies as may be required. Fabricate canopy cover frames and panels such that they are modular in design giving the District the opportunity to cleanly disassemble, remove and re-use panels when buildings are relocated. Provide extra flashing above and caulk between panel-to-panel end joints making them watertight. At gutter channel butt-joint splices, provide sheet metal, caulking and mechanical fasteners creating a watertight butt-joint. Provide downspouts and splash blocks as requested by District. Vendor agrees to assist with permitting and supplying needed drawing details and documentation upon
