As of April 25, 2023, an engineer has been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. The ACSA Board has put the project on hold until new director is is on board. ACSA is requesting proposals to provide all engineering services for complete design of the raw water intake, pump station, discharge piping, and all related infrastructure; provide complete project construction bid documents, including, but not limited to, specifications and drawings; and provide bid assistance, construction administration, construction inspection, and startup services preparatory to turning over the completed raw water intake installation and infrastructure to ACSA for ownership and operation.
