Description: Request for Quotations for The Non-Exclusive Supply, Delivery, Installation, Removal and Disposal of Chain Link Fencing This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply, delivery, installation, removal and disposal of Chain Link Fencing for various Divisions within the City of Toronto, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the "Deliverables"). Scope of work: 1.1. General Specifications 1.1.1. The Deliverables being supplied in this RFQ must be new and certified by the Supplier, and free of encumbrance. Refurbished, rebuilt, or used Products will not be acceptable. 1.1.2. All specifications are minimum requirements that must be met or exceeded. Bids containing one or more items that do not meet or exceed the minimum specifications will be declared Non-Compliant. 1.1.3. See attached Appendix B, Spec. # 001J-68CA rev1, 002J-68CA rev1 & 003J-68CA rev1. 1.1.4. Replacement of work performed to the dissatisfaction of the City will be carried out by the Bidder(s) at no extra cost to the City. 1.1.5. Bidders will have to separate invoicing for work done from invoices from that of materials. 1.1.6. Work must be coordinated with appropriate City staff to ensure minimum disruption. 1.1.7. Environmental Specification Considerations: All exterior surface coatings, including but not limited to primers and architectural surface coatings, must be: 1. Environment Canada's Ecologo program certified or 2. US Green Seal program certified
