Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
1. SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of Paradise Hills Improvements 1 consists of construction/replacement of 7,110 LF (I.35 miles) of 8-inch & 10- inch sewer mains to replace existing Vitrified Clay (VC) sewer mains; rehabilitation of 2,000 LF (0.38 miles) of existing 8-inch (VC) sewer mains; construction/replacement of 4,793 LF (0.91 miles) of 8-inch water mains to replace existing Asbestos Cement (AC) water mains, water services, fire hydrants, sewer laterals, manholes, curb ramps, street rehab resurfacing, abandonment of existing sewer mains in easement, and all other works and appurtenances in accordance with the Specifications. 1.1. The Work shall be performed in accordance with: 1.1.1. The Notice Inviting Bids and Plans numbered 42062-01-D through 42062-34-D, inclusive.
