Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winder, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and educational facility.
As of March 7, 2023. The project has been awarded to TechOptics of Winder, GA in the amount of $52,183.37, and an overage allowance of $5000, for a maximum total of $57,183.37. Barrow County Schools has three separate bids for data cabling at 3 schools. Scope of Work The following are the General Conditions for the work to be performed as outlined in the Specifications. It is understood that except as otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the Vendor (Contractor) shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work within the specified time. Permits and licenses necessary for the execution of the work shall be secured and paid for by the Vendor. Any work necessary to be performed after regular working hours or on Sundays or legal holidays shall be performed without additional expense to the Owner.
