If requested, the annual minimum fee for Cognibox membership is $800 before taxes. For addenda, the fees are $4.95 per month for the duration of the request for proposals, $2.00 per request for proposals and $0.12 per page for automatic email delivery. for those who hold a subscription giving access to the Owner's requests for proposals on Merx: free downloading of the Request for Proposal Documents. The submission of a proposal constitutes an assertion that the proponent has read all Request for Proposal Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth. This Contract is covered by Chapter 5 Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and by Chapter 19 Government procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Procurement strategy: proposal that represents the best overall value. No proposals received after the above closing date and time will be accepted. The time and date of receipt of the proposals will be deemed to be the date and time indicated on the email transmitted to the Owner. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada's two (2) official languages.
