Service to include regulatory inspections and deficiency remediation, defined preventative maintenance scope and frequency, defined repair threshold with response within set turnaround times. Mount Royal's intends to select a Vendor/Vendors that will provide solutions to meet the needs of this contract. Proponent's responses must demonstrate an understanding of the Universities environment. This project includes a large variety of elevator maintenance requirements. Mount Royal University intends to enter into a multi-year agreement. The term of this agreement shall be 5 (five) years with an option to extend three (3), one (1) year periods subject to a positive annual review by the Building Operations Department and Procurement Services. The maximum duration of the contract including extensions is eight (8) years. MRU reserves the right to award this contract to one service provider, or multiple providers.
