The well requires decommissioning according to the Ground Water Sustainability Act and Groundwater Protection Regulation, and all applicable laws, regulations, and best management practices. The contractor must complete and submit a Well Decommission Report. The works must be undertaken by qualified personnel as per the Water Sustainability Act.
