BC Parks of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy is seeking quotes from contractors for works related to decommissioning an artesian well located at Topley Landing Provincial Park. The well requires decommissioning according to the Ground Water Sustainability Act and Groundwater Protection Regulation, and all applicable laws, regulations, and best management practices. The contractor must complete and submit a Well Decommission Report. The works must be undertaken by qualified personnel as per the Water Sustainability Act.
