Respondents should be able to provide products and services to ESCNJ Co-op Members throughout the State of New Jersey or within specific counties within New Jersey. Our Co-op currently has 1,400+ members located throughout the State. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any proposals, and to accept the proposals which, in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Upon release of this Request for Proposal (RFP), all Contractor communications concerning this information request must be directed in writing to the address of coop@escnj.us, attention to Anthony LaMarco, who is the only authorized contact person for the RFP. No Proposals Shall Be Received After The Time Designated In The Advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). The Duration Of The RFP Will Be For Three Years When In Agreement To Do So By Both The Awarded Vendor And The ESCNJ. Any contact or lobbying regarding this RFP with any elected, appointed official or employee of the Commission other than the Business Administrator may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Commission. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the date set for the opening thereof. The contract or contracts will be awarded to the highest scoring, most qualified and responsible Contractor/s. The ESCNJ reserves the right to waive any and all informalities, guidelines and requirements herein and to reject any and all Proposals in accordance with the Public-School Contracts Law. The RFP shall be in conformance with all applicable federal, state and municipal laws including the Public-School Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey. N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
