Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Meaford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The successful vendor will supply of all materials, labour and equipment required to construct the work as shown on the drawings in Attachment 1 to redevelop the upper area of Sykes Street to the lower area of the Market Square, north of the Meaford Hall sign. The work of this contract shall generally include removal and disposal at the current site, building concrete surfaces for a two-tier ramp system with new stairs and railings associated, site structure installations, four (4) new accessible parking spaces in the Market Square parking lot, and installation of landscape works for beautification upgrades.
