Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Vermilion, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,080-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construction of a new 40' x 52' x 18' Commercial Post Frame Sand & Salt storage shed at the Mannville Operations Shop on an existing asphalt pad. The building will be located at 4508 47A Ave, Mannville. The scope of work should include, but not be limited to: - The demolition and disposal of the existing upper structure; - Remove and dismantle all existing blocks and set aside to be reused by the County; - 1 x 16' sliding door (salt storage) & 1 x 24' sliding door (mixed sand storage) on a double track. Roller extensions will be required; - Corrosion proof fasteners; - Gable vents; - 6" x 6" Solid treated poles 4' on centre for walls; - 2" x 6" spruce wall strapping as required; - Bottom 8' of interior walls lined with 3/4 inch treated plywood; - Interior dividing wall 6" x 6" solid treated poles 4' on center, strapped with 2"x 6" and sheeted in 3/4 " plywood to 8' high; - Engineered commercial roof 4/12 slope; - Galvanized roof and exterior cladding with exterior building wrap. Cladding to match colours of existing shop; - 10' Polycarbonate panels on three walls (one panel per wall) to allow for natural light; - 6" Continuous eavestrough and downspouts;
