Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to do the work as shown on the contract drawings, and unload, haul, and distribute all pipe, and accessories. The contractor shall also remove the pavement as stipulated; excavate the trenches and pits to the required dimensions, construct and maintain all bridges for traffic control; sheet, brace, and support the adjoining ground or structures where necessary; handle all drainage or ground water; provide barricades, guards, and warning lights, lay the pipe, backfill and consolidate the trenches and pits, remove surplus excavated material; clean the site work, and maintain the street or other surfaces over the trenches as specified.
