The City of Clarendon is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified civil engineering firms to provide services associated with various municipal infrastructure projects proposed to be funded by state, federal, and/or local agencies. Firms shall be specifically eligible to provide services associated with federally funded programs and have a current Arkansas Certificate of Authorization. The firm to be selected must have experience in, but not limited to, water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, streets, drainage, and parks and recreation type projects. Procedures for selection of the firm will be in accordance with state and federal requirements and be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence, past performance, and capacity to perform the work. All respondents must have current registration with SAM.gov and provide proof with the response to this request. The selected firm should be available to assist in planning, preparation of budgets, and attend meetings as necessary for various infrastructure projects.
