Project Title: Line Striping and Rubber Removal (LSRR) at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst (JB MDL), New Jersey. A) The project consists of all airfield pavement areas to include but not limited to: runways, taxiways, parking aprons, streets, and parking lots. This scope of work does not include areas outside the airfield areas. B) The contract will consist of a one-year base period plus four, one-year option periods. C) This proposal will result in a single award set aside for a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). D) In accordance with FAR 36.203, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. E) The NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $45,00,000.00 F) All prices shall be included on the bid schedule titled "Section J_Attachment 8_Bid Schedule Excel_6 Pages", and prices must be input into the provided attachment. Only complete the prices on the bid schedule. G) Contractor should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for preparation of proposals. The solicitation will be evaluated using past performance and price information as stated in section M. H) A site visit is scheduled for 9:30 A.M. EST, 24 April 2023. Interested vendors will meet at the McGuire AFB Visitors Center the day of the site visit.
