Renovation of a municipal facility in Clinton Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of work at: Verkuilen, 21885 Dunham Road Clinton Township, MI 48036 The project consists of: Remove existing roofing and perimeter, curb, and drain flashings to deck Inspect deck repair/replace if necessary. Install 1 layers of 1.5 " polyisocyanurate insulation mechanically attached to deck Install 0.5" den-s-deck cover board adhered in low rise insulation adhesive. Install 3 plies trilaminate roofing plies adhered in cold process asphalt adhesive. Install new drain flashings as specified. Install new Elastomeric perimeter and curb flashing adhered in cold process flashing adhesive. Install Cold process asphalt adhesive flood coat and gravel. Apply reflective coating to all perimeter curb and drain flashings.
